You have every type of far left anti-American group from ANSWER to the Revolutionary Communist Party. There are even some radical Islamist groups there.

First, do you think they care anything about the dead gang banger?

Not in the least.

They want to create trouble.

All of these groups have a couple of things in common. The hate the American system that has made us a free, great and prosperous nation and they want to bring that system down. They would prefer to do that violently.

While these groups have different ideas about the systems they want to replace the American Republic with, all of their choices have a few common denominators. None have liberty. They all feature tyranny, poverty and mass murder.

But why Ferguson?

The left has constantly sponsored the never ending expansion of the welfare state. Barack Obama, in his Amnesty is welcoming millions of illegal aliens to America and giving them welfare benefits. The Great Society created a permanent welfare class when it was passed in 1965.

But as Margaret Thatcher once warned in Great Britain, “The problem with socialism is sooner or later you run out of other people’s money.”

The welfare state in America is unsustainable. That’s not a political point. That is a mathematical point. America has over $105 Trillion in unfunded liabilities. With a Gross Domestic Product of only $16 trillion a year, it is obvious America has some serious fiscal issues.

At some point, the budget will have to be cut and spending will have to be curtailed. What happens then?

In many European nations, such as Greece, when welfare benefits were cut, rioting followed.

Is that what is really going on in Ferguson?

Are these groups using Ferguson as a testing ground for their tactics in a future larger round of civil unrest?

Given their goals and the histories of these groups, that is a perfectly logical explanation.

For real Americans, this should be our clarion call. If these groups have their way, we will see real violence in the future, all across America.

And the scary thought is that Barack Obama is encouraging them.

Miranda Blue C4 Ferguson Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Fighting the Right 49142 Mon, 01 Dec 2014 10:18:27 -0500 Judson Phillips Judson Philips: Shut Down The Government Over Immigration Or Foreign Ebola Patients http://www.pfaw.org/content/judson-philips-shut-down-government-over-immigration-or-foreign-ebola-patients
In an interview with Newsmax yesterday, Tea Party Nation founder Judson Philips urged soon-to-be Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to keep the threat of a government shutdown “on the table.”

Claiming that last year’s government shutdown helped Republicans, Phillips said that Republicans in Congress should be ready to shut down the government if President Obama takes executive action to prevent the deportation of some undocumented immigrants living in the U.S., or if he brings “non-American Ebola patients to this country.”

The conservative media has latched onto an undated State Department memo discussing options for treating non-U.S. citizen medical personnel who contract Ebola, but the administration has firmly denied having plans to bring noncitizen Ebola patients into the United States for treatment.

Miranda Blue C4 government shutdown Immigration Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Fighting the Right 48983 Wed, 12 Nov 2014 11:37:24 -0500 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Is Totally Not Racist, Just Calls Obama 'Banama' http://www.pfaw.org/content/tea-party-nation-totally-not-racist-just-calls-obama-banama
Tea Party Nation president Judson Phillips insists that for his group’s website, “racists [sic] comments is [sic] one of the fastest ways to be banned from the site.”

But he had no problem today sending members a post referring to the president as “Banama,” drawing on the racist comparison of black people to monkeys.

The post is as crazy as one might expected an article entitled ‘Banama’s Next Job’ would be, with author James Brody regretting “white timidity” in fighting Obama.

“Even his race – ‘black’ was and is a deception,” Brody writes. “Odd that he seems to expect a Presidential Library.”

Obama skated into office carrying several last names, glib promises, hidden academic records, conflicting information about his citizenship, limited public service in Chicago, ties to leftist organizations, a ghost-written autobiography, and a religious background of Islam and black nationalism (Cashill, Kurtz). Look, everyone! See two men kissing each other! How wonderful!

And it was only a matter of time until someone who thought it was actually kind of cringe-inducing said so publicly, and that someone turned out to be Miami Dolphins safety Don Jones. He tweeted the following succinct commentary: "omg . . . horrible"

Please note: That is not allowed.

The rules are simple. People who wish to engage in PHDA (public homosexual displays of affection) will do so as openly as they like. The media will show these PHDAs to us repeatedly and at every opportunity. You are to watch. You have a choice between expressing your glee or saying nothing. However, if you are asked what you think, you must say it is wonderful. This is mandatory.

…

What the culture is trying to do to Don Jones - now with the full buy-in of the NFL - is to force a reprogramming of people's natural reaction to things. It insists on showing us pictures of two men kissing, and when we don't react to that positively, saying to us: You ignoramuses! You don't mind when NFL draftees kiss their girlfriends! This is no different!

…

And because this comes from God, so too does the natural inclination of the human being to look at two men kissing and say, "Ewwww!" Many people don't want to see it. That's why we chose not to show the kiss in the photo above. I can't rail against the media for shoving that image in our faces and then shove it in your face.

The culture that is in fullscale rebellion against God attacks this natural inclination, but it is still there. I don't think it was particularly wise for Don Jones to tweet what he did, but why do the gay-is-wonderful people have the right to put any image and any message they want in front of us, while no one has the right to give their honest reaction to it?

What the Dolphins did to Don Jones is the latest triumph of fascism. It is the controlling of people's thoughts and their expressions thereof. It matters not at all that the government is not the official perpetrator of this control. The source is a political movement, and it happens to be the very political movement that supports the people in power in this country at the moment.

But more to the point, the culture is demanding that people reject the Word of God on the matter of homosexuality, or pay the price.

4 WINDS Christian Athletics denounced the NFL for “caving into the homosexual agenda”:

The floodgates of immorality have increased dramatically in sports. Even the North Carolina elections board has backtracked from its original blockbuster number, telling ThinkProgress that “we are not jumping to conclusions here.” In other words, North Carolina’s report contains no proof of any voter fraud, much less 35,000 cases of it.

But never mind the facts! Phillips then “extrapolate[s]” the North Carolina figure “out over the entire population” to guess that there “could be over one million double votes in 2012,” thereby winning President Obama the election. (Of course, in Phillips’ reckoning, all of these imaginary cases of voter fraud were perpetrated by Democrats – although they still weren’t enough to win North Carolina for the president).

“Democrats are not winning elections,” he concludes. “ They are taking them the old fashioned way. They are stealing them.”

What is the shocking secret that may explain how Obama got a second term?

A study done in North Carolina showed that 35,750 people who live and voted in North Carolina may have voted in another state in the 2012 Presidential election. The study was based on comparing the first and last names along with date of birth for people who voted in 28 other states. In 765 of those cases, social security numbers matched as well.

This number would have probably been larger but only 28 states participated and the four largest states, California, New York, Texas and Florida did not participate.

If you extrapolate this figure out over the entire population, that could be over one million double votes in 2012.

…

Democrats are not winning elections. They are taking them the old fashioned way. They are stealing them.

Lest we think that Phillips is just pushing a fringe argument, Kobach himself yesterday made a very similar claim, citing absolutely no evidence to claim that widows are voting “all the time” on behalf of their deceased husbands. Kobach has previously claimed that the “radical left” opposes his suppressive policies because they “feel they can benefit” from massive fraud.

And, to Phillips’ credit, his voter fraud estimate is more conservative than that of former Libertarian vice presidential candidate Wayne Allyn Root, who estimates that Democrats “across the country” voted ten times each for President Obama .

UPDATE: It appears that Phillips may have gotten his conclusion from Dick Morris, who wrote an op-ed in The Hill this week making the same claim. Our nation's judicial system has been infected by activist judges, which threaten the stability of our nation and the rule of law.

This ruling comes on the heels of Attorney General Mark Herring's refusal to fulfill his constitutional duty to defend the state's marriage law. His lawlessness is an insult to the voters of Virginia who rightfully expected elected officials to uphold the laws and constitution of the state, not attack them as Herring has done.

An arrogant judiciary is only one of the major consequences of the drive to redefine marriage. Increasingly, Americans are being forced to finance and celebrate unions that not only step on free speech and religious liberty but also deny children a mom and a dad. The overwhelming majority of Virginia voters who make up ‘we the people’ voted to affirm natural marriage. Same-sex marriage, as a policy matter, sends the message that children do not need moms and dads. There is ample evidence that children fair [sic] best when raised with a mother and a father. There is no right to same-sex 'marriage' in the United States constitution. In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court has said that states have the preeminent duty of defining marriage. The people of Virginia did just that in voting overwhelmingly to affirm marriage as the union of one man and woman. That decision should be respected by federal judges and we hope that the U.S. Supreme Court ends up reversing this terrible decision. This case also leaves a particular stench because of the unconscionable decision of Attorney General Mark Herring to not only abandon his sworn duty to defend the laws of the state, but to actually join the case against the very people he is duty-bound to represent.

Judson Phillips of Tea Party Nation blasted the “imperious federal judiciary” and the “liberal state apparatus,” warning that they are trying “to advance a social experiment that changes America from the nation that we know into something totally unrecognizable” and “will force you to support homosexual marriage.”

The case, if it can be appealed must be appealed to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. The problem is that appellate courts have to rule based on the record from the trial court. The record is the transcript of witnesses’ testimony and other evidence the trial judge heard.

With Virginia’s Attorney General refusing to defend the case, the case might not even be appealed and even if it is, the record may be very limited.

Once again, we see an imperious federal judiciary overruling the voters of a state to advance a social experiment that changes America from the nation that we know into something totally unrecognizable.

And with the striking down of this law, can the liberal state apparatus be far behind? "They begged Christie, and you can make an argument," Todd said on Morning Joe. "That to bring a Chris Christie to Northern Virginia might have helped. But Chris Christie is worried about his own brand."

Part of Christie's brand problem, though, is his behavior during the closing days of last year's presidential campaign. After running one of the most divisive administrations and re-election campaigns in recent memory; in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, Barack Obama went to New Jersey seeking bipartisan credibility. And in the eyes of many, Christie went above and beyond to give it to him.

…

Had Christie taken just a half-day to stump for Cuccinelli, not only would that have helped wash the Sandy stain away, it might have actually made him a hero to the base for both defying the Morning Joe crowd and helping to drag Cuccinelli over the finish line.

…

If Christie wins the 2016 Republican nomination but loses Virginia, and with it the general election, last night should be remembered as the most short-sighted and spiteful cutting off of the nose to spite the Tea Party in years.

The GOP Establishment and Morning Joe crowd keep lecturing the Tea Party about how it is all about winning elections. Viguerie even compared Cuccinelli to Goldwater, who lost the 1964 presidential election in a landslide:

What is clear is that Cuccinelli’s ideas weren’t rejected so much as he was drowned in the sea of money that flowed in to Terry McAuliffe’s campaign to keep Virginia government growing, taxes rising, to roll back the progress social conservatives have made in the state, and most importantly, to keep cronyism as the governing principle at the Virginia state Capitol building.

…

The betrayal of Ken Cuccinelli by Bolling and other nominal Republicans, such as political consultant Boyd Marcus, mirrors the betrayal of Barry Goldwater by the Republican establishment and their nominal allies in the business community.

…

George Will once wrote that Barry Goldwater didn't lose in 1964, it just took 16 years, until the election of Ronald Reagan in 1980, to count the votes. We expect that the same will be said of Ken Cuccinelli and we believe he will be vindicated in the future.

Ken Cuccinelli did not lose last night because he is a principled limited government constitutional conservative. Cuccinelli lost because he was drowned in a sea of money and undercut by a Republican establishment that would rather see a Democrat in the Governor’s mansion than end the good ole boy politics in Richmond and allow a real conservative anywhere near the levers of power that he might use to make good on Republican promises to govern as limited government constitutional conservatives.

Anti-choice activist Marjorie Dannenfelser said that Cuccinelli was hamstrung by the Star Scientific scandal and “misleading attack ads,” but insisted that the “Republican establishment” is to blame “for abandoning this race.”

Somehow, Dannenfelser thinks that Cuccinelli’s loss shows the need for candidates to emphasize their opposition to abortion rights, even though 61% of Virginia voters [PDF] said they are pro-choice.

In response to Ken Cuccinelli’s close defeat in the Virginia gubernatorial election tonight, Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the national pro-life group Susan B. The political prognosticators that can often drive election results by their predictions ought not to have given up on him. "How many elections do they need to lose before they realize they are implementing a disastrous election strategy and ruining their chances of success?"

Brown noted that when the marriage issue has been on the ballot, it has outpolled the Republican ticket by a significant margin. Support for traditional marriage polled an average of seven points higher than Mitt Romney did in the four states it was on the ballot in 2012.

"The GOP elite wants candidates to be silent about their views on marriage and other social issues, but election results show that is exactly the wrong thing to do," Brown said. "Election after election has shown that voters across America, including in deep blue states, support traditional marriage by a significantly higher margin than they support the GOP. For the second election in a row, Republican leaders and consultants have pursued a flawed strategy of urging silence on social issues that has cost their candidates. Jackson represents a threat to the left.

Immediately after E.W. Jackson was nominated, the left wing media in Virginia began pulling out comments he had made, claiming he was too radical and extreme. Jackson is pro-life. To the media, if you are not Kermit Gosnell you are too extreme.

As a minister, Jackson has blasted homosexuality (as opposed to homosexuals). Amazingly enough, his comments on that subject are popular in the black community. That shocks and offends liberals.

After E.W. Jackson was nominated, the Democrats trotted out a couple of liberal Republicans who whined that the Party was now “too extreme” with Ken Cuccinelli and E.W. Neither is exactly constructive.

The first comes from Tony Katz, who inexplicably claims that the shooters in Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook and Tucson were “connected to the left”:

Facts don't matter to Progressives. The shooters in the Tucson, Virginia Tech, and Sandy Hook murders each were in some way connected to the left. But in aftermath of those shootings, the media machine worked overtime to make a connection between conservatives and the mass murders.

Once we know who set the bombs there will be time for commentary. In the meantime, Americans should be alert to pseudo-journalists interested not in truth but rather in a Clockwork Orange approach of forcing you to throw up when you hear the words Republican, right, freedom, rights, or guns - regardless of the truth.

Next, Tea Party Nation head Judson Phillips, who has already blamed President Obama for the bombing, suggests that the Obama administration is working with Saudi Arabia to cover up the potential role of a Saudi student in the attack.

The hospitalized student has been cleared of any wrongdoing, as it seems his main offense was running away from the bomb.

But since Phillips is convinced that a Muslim must be responsible for the attack, he argues that Obama is in cahoots with Saudi officials to protect the student, whom Phillips finds suspicious because he is Muslim and suffered burns from the blast.

Now, three days after the bombing there are even more questions than answers. While there needs to be some secrecy during an investigation, there are some questions the Obama Regime must answer now.

Immediately after the blast, reports surfaced that a Saudi national was in the hospital. Various reports said he was detained, not free to leave or in custody. Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi is the Saudi national. His apartment was searched. The first reports said it was done with a search warrant. Now reports are coming out that the search was a consent search. Reports then came out saying Alharbi was only a witness and not a suspect or person of interest.

Steve Emerson of the Investigative Project on Terrorism is now reporting that next Tuesday, Alharbi will be deported for "national security reasons."

On Tuesday, Secretary of State John Kerry met with the Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud Al Faisal in a meeting that had been scheduled for some time but was abruptly closed to the media for "scheduling reasons."

Yesterday, the same Saudi Foreign Minister met with Obama, even though the meeting was not on Obama's public schedule. The White House said, "The president and Prince Saud al-Faisal reaffirmed the strong partnership between the United States and Saudi Arabia and discussed developments in the region, including the conflict in Syria." According to other sources, Alharbi is a devout Muslim and is a member of a Saudi Clan that has a lot of Al-Qaeda members.

This whole mess stinks to high heaven.

…

The first question that needs to be answered is why this guy was at the Boston Marathon. Did he suddenly develop an interest in long distance running? How was he injured? Press reports said he had burns as well as other injuries. Burns are significant because to be burned by the explosion would mean he would have to be very close to the explosion.

Press reports indicated that the FBI and other agencies executed a search warrant on Alharbi's apartment the night after the attack. If this was a search done by search warrant, this is very significant. A search warrant requires the showing of probable cause. An agent must go to a federal judge and swear under oath to the facts that establish probable cause. Narratives supporting probable cause in federal search warrants are not boilerplate language. They are lengthy and detailed.

If the search was a consent search, there will be a written consent form. In a search in a case of this magnitude, the FBI is not going to simply go on a verbal consent. The consent would be written. If Alharbi is not a suspect, then it is a simple matter to show the consent to the press.

Alharbi has suddenly gone from a person of interest, to a witness to no one at all. Then why is he being deported for national security reasons the day after Obama meets with the Saudi Foreign Minister in an unscheduled meeting and two days after the Minister has a meeting with John Kerry where the doors are abruptly closed?

Once Alharbi is deported, we will never see him again.

Why is the Regime in such a hurry to get him out of the country?

The Regime and far left have already tried to set the agenda. If they believed in God, they would be praying that the suspect, when caught would be a Tea Party member, whose car is covered with 2nd Amendment bumper stickers.

The Government even has an acronym for what they are searching for. It is an HVE standing for "Homegrown Violent Extremist."

The Obama Regime is desperate that the Boston Bomber be a rightwing extremist. They are in absolute fear that it turns out the bomber is a Muslim with ties to Al-Qaeda. And they are now doing their best to make sure the latter is not the case.

As with everything else with the Obama Regime, this stinks to high heaven. What really happened at those meetings? Why is there the rush to deport Alharbi? He could and should be kept in this country at least as a material witness.

If anyone is ever caught for this and there is an attempt to try him in Federal Court, the Regime is already setting the stage to make that trial almost impossible for the government to win.

This is the Obama Regime at work.
Brian Tashman C4 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Fighting the Right 42790 Thu, 18 Apr 2013 12:00:29 -0500 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation: Boston Attack Occurred Because Obama Administration Is 'Not Committed to Protecting America' http://www.pfaw.org/content/tea-party-nation-boston-attack-occurred-because-obama-administration-not-committed-protectin
In an email to members today, Tea Party Nation head Judson Phillips claimed that the Boston marathon bombing occurred because “we have a government that is not committed to protecting America” since it isn’t willing to “destroy radical Islam.” Phillips said that “Radical Islam and perhaps even non-radical Islam” is a danger to western civilization, arguing that Muslims believe that “non-Islamic nations may be conquered or otherwise taken over.”

Unfortunately the sad truth is we will be hit again. It will happen sooner or later. It will probably be sooner than later.

There are two reasons why we will be hit again. First, we have a determined enemy who hates us. Second, we have a government that is not committed to protecting America.

It is a pretty safe bet right now that this attack was carried out by an Islamist. It was a well-coordinated attack. In its publication, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula called for just this kind of attack.

While the government and media have fallen all over themselves to downplay this fact, there is a twenty-year-old Saudi student being detained as a “person of interest.” Person of interest in a nice police term that is used for someone who is not under arrest and therefore does not have to be read his Miranda rights and who hopefully will not lawyer up.

Barack Obama could not force himself to use the word “terrorism” in his speech last night and the FBI right now won’t call this a terrorist incident.

…

The reason we will be hit again is because our government is not committed to destroying our enemy. Radical Islam is our enemy.

Some in the far end of the Liberty Movement will start screaming about war mongering “Neo-cons.” Nothing could be further from the truth.

…

We need to first recognize our enemy and then come up with a strategy to destroy them. This is an ideological war. While sometimes that will mean guns and bombs, neither will destroy an ideology.

The values of the west, most of them good, some of them not so good are what will destroy radical Islam. In the west, we fall all over ourselves not to insult Islam.

Why?

We can go down the list of things Islam has done to the west. During the height of the Cold War, the Soviets came up with something called the Brezhnev doctrine. It said, “What’s ours is ours. What is yours is negotiable.” Radical Islam and perhaps even non-radical Islam holds to the same belief.

They believe that once a nation becomes Islamic it cannot have Islam removed from it. However, non-Islamic nations may be conquered or otherwise taken over.

Reagan knew that America had to stand up to the Communist threat. Bill Clinton wanted to ignore the Islamist threat. George W. Bush just wanted to hold the hand of the Saudi king and Barack Obama just wants to bow to him. As we mourn the victims of Boston, we need to make a solemn vow that we will not allow this to happen again.

The only way we make sure this never happens again is to identify our enemy and then craft a strategy to totally defeat that enemy.
Brian Tashman C4 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Fighting the Right 42766 Tue, 16 Apr 2013 09:45:05 -0500 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation: Jewish Democratic Group Proves Liberals are Nazis http://www.pfaw.org/content/tea-party-nation-jewish-democratic-group-proves-liberals-are-nazis
Tea Party Nation head Judson Phillips sent an email to members today calling the National Jewish Democratic Council a Nazi group that, like other liberals, is “in love with totalitarian regimes” such as Hitler’s Germany. Phillips said their statement calling on Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) to denounce Phillips’ recent comparison of liberals to Nazis is akin to Nazi book burning and proves that liberals “want to allow no dissent or freedom to disagree.”

Of course, asking a public official to denounce a group’s outrageous claims doesn’t take away anyone’s First Amendment rights, but the Tea Party Nation never really understood the Constitution anyway.

Are liberals really like the Nazis of 1930’s and 1940’s era German? Are they really the kind of people who engage in that kind of behavior? Or this just some conservative hyperbole?

Do liberals really want to silence their critics? To liberals really believe in a one party state? Do liberals really want to deny those who disagree with them the ability and the opportunity to offer different opinions?

The answer is yes.

Like the book burning Nazis of the 1930’s, the left wants to suppress all dissenting opinion.

This is not true of all liberals, only the overwhelming majority. I appear occasionally on Thom Hartman’s show on RT. Thom is very far to the left but to his credit, he brings on people like me who do not agree with him and he lets us make our points.

The vast majority of liberals are represented by people like Aaron Keyak who is the interim director of the National Jewish Democratic Committee.

After I made my blog post yesterday comparing liberals to Nazis, he took to Twitter to demand that Republicans denounce me.

…

He actually proved my point. Liberals do not want to discuss or debate issues. They want to silence those who disagree with them.

So did the Nazis.

The left is in love with totalitarian regimes. Obama himself has wistfully admired the power dictators have to simply impose their will.

But the truism of all totalitarian regimes is that they cannot stand criticism. If you look at the history of tyranny, the first thing every tyrant does is to try and control the press and public opinion.

When tyrants take over, freedom of thought, freedom of expression and freedom of speech are always the first things to go.

Why must conservatives stand militantly against liberalism? Liberalism is not simply a policy disagreement. It is not simply a choice between higher taxes and lower taxes. The liberal movement wants more than just to win the policy debate. They want for there not to be a debate. They want to allow no dissent or freedom to disagree.

This is why liberalism is so dangerous to America.

This is why we conservatives must fight for America because if the left has its way, we will even be allowed to speak.
Brian Tashman C4 Judson Phillips Tea Party Nation Fighting the Right 42223 Thu, 14 Feb 2013 17:05:52 -0500 Judson Phillips
